Fall clog/boot roundup

fall shoe round-up1

fall clog & boot round-up

It’s hard to resist shoes, especially for autumn. I am really in the mood for some of these clogs. My favorite pair of boots (the fourth image) is at the repair shop as I wore them to bits last year. They’re getting re-soled. I still love them but have my eyes on these! Tell me which you like best? What do you have your eye on for fall?

  1. Swedish Hasbeens Covered Super High (brown ones on sale for $99 at Free People), I love them in blue also. I just found the bordeaux slip-on super high on Amazon for $117 (free shipping). I think I’m going to get them? I don’t like very high heels. These are a little over 3″ but with the 1″ platform will feel like 2.5″ probably.
  2. Sven (hand crafted covered clog)
  3. Rachel Comey Note (flat ankle boots)
  4. Marc Jacobs (Plaque Western ankle boot stacked heel) (craaaaazzy expensive but nice to drool over)
  5. Marc Jacobs (Plaque Western stacked heel) (also craaaaazzy expensive but nice to drool over)

Check out my blogger girls shoe love posts at Wikstenmade and For Me, For You. Oh and have a really great weekend!

Hey Carla, Sven also makes clog boots. So fun. I love that one you picked too. I was thinking of getting either that or the Swedish Hasbeens like it. I got the Hasbeens cause they were on Amazon for a good price. Plus I liked the color options. But Sven has some great stuff too. So adorable.

I love #3! I love a flat cool shoe – reminds me of some Jcrew ballet flat boots I had that I loved and wore till they died. I should have had them resoled! Why didn’t I think of that??!!

so true Amy, you know you could wear those flats day in and day out….forever….but re-soling is important. I swear my boots had no sole and the wooden heel was even wearing away!! Now they’ll be in better shape. They can even repair the leather if need be….I don’t mind it looking distressed but the soles needed attention!

sven is A+ for clogs. really. handcrafted clogs all the way.

actually, i love handcrafted shoes. i have a pair of handcrafted cowboyboots that i made myself and they are the best pair ever.

but yeah, sven is a good brand for comfort, longevity and looks.
