This is such a sad and strange week. It’s my last before returning to work post maternity leave. I’m feeling so upset about leaving my baby. We’ve been practicing with the nanny, dropping him off and coming back later to check on things but trying to be hands off. It’s so hard not to scoop him up and kiss his big warm cheeks but I want him to get used to his new surroundings out of my arms. Next week will be even harder I’ll be so far away all day long.
