The other day I posted about striped tops and that got me thinking about what other tops I could add to my wardrobe that would be totally comfortable for everyday wear and also transition from day to night simply by being paired with something different on the bottom.

I scoured Shopbop in search of the perfect perfect low maintenance Rebecca Taylor tops that would make me feel and look great. She’s the queen of elegant details like a little lace collar, shiny buttons, or visible stitching. I love her soft dreamy colors and delicate fabrics as well.

Here’s what I was looking for: Flattering shape, nice color/colors and or prints, multiple functions (as in could be dressed up with a slim belt, dark jeans and heels or dressed down with medium or light jeans and boots or sneakers):
