Milton Glaser: The Underground Gourmet

I loved reading on Kottke that master illustrator Milton Glaser co-wrote a column for New York magazine called The Underground Gourmet about where to find cheap-but-good food in NYC. The above column from the October 27, 1975 issue, reviews a ramen restaurant in Midtown called Sapporo that is still somehow around! How cool.
