Holiday Haunts

via letslookupandsmile on flickr

We had the most lovely weekend ever with my family at their house. We raked the yard, laid in the hammock with sweaters on, ate delicious holiday food, and watched fun shows on t.v.

There’s nothing I love more than a weekend with the most important people in the world to me. If I could holiday anywhere, it would be at my folk’s house with my husband, brother, nana, and pooch.

Decorative flags: Elisabeth Dunker & Made by Mosey

flags
There is something so festive about hanging flags. They could make any space seem festive. I love how Sweden based Elisabeth Dunker uses them in her print and how Australia-based Made by Mosey uses pattern in her flags. All of Mosey’s are available in her etsy shop. How about these Mexican beauties?

Have a lovely weekend dear readers. Don’t forget if you want to grab the free spring bunny card, it’s available here.

Happy Spring!! Free Card for you.

Spring Bunny Card
Please enjoy this free card. You can snatch it from my flickr and send it to a friend via email or drag it to your desktop and print it.

I wanted to take a second to thank you all for reading Maquette.

I hope you are enjoying spring where you are! I see signs everywhere in Brooklyn: Daffodils, budding trees, forsythia, and lots of April showers. We’re off this weekend to spend the holiday with family. I can’t wait. My nana is in town from Florida. Here’s a photo of us together.
