I love old books. Before leaving Brooklyn we found this one at our local book shop. My husband sent it to a friend who he knew would love it. Before he sent if off I got a few scans. I especially love the inscription. It really gives this book as sense of time, place and grounds it in the world as something beyond ephemera.
You know I love color but I’m having some fun with my India ink this week.

I can’t believe today is the last day of my show. It feels like yesterday that it opened. I’m happy to say that lots of pieces have sold. I love the idea of them finding a home with different people. Still with 175 pieces on the wall many are still available. Today is the last day for the discounted catalog and then a small selection will be in the Hanahou shop. So feel free to pass this along to anyone you think might be in the market for some eye candy (the catalog may not reflect current sales so just email the gallery with the piece you want and see if it’s still available).
